Upcoming Events in May!

MAY 10TH


RIPE and EPIC are teaming up to host a recurring Invasive Plant Pull on the first Sunday of each month, with upcoming dates on May 10 and June 7 from 11 AM to 3 PM. The event takes place at the Lynn Vietor Nature Trail, located at 363 Indianola Road in Indianola, CA.


Volunteers are encouraged to come dressed in thick, long-sleeved shirts and pants, and to bring sun protection, water, and gloves if available.


Note that these events are weather-dependent, so participants should check riperadicators.org/upcoming-events for any cancellations.








MAY 16TH


SAFE and EPIC are hosting a community celebration at the North Fork Grange, located at 131 Dutch Creek Road in Junction City near Highway 229W, on May 16th from 1–4 PM. The rain-or-shine event will feature speakers, music, song, and dance in honor of SAFE's past, present, and future commitment to protecting life-sustaining ecosystems.


Attendees can enjoy kids' activities, purchase food and beverages, and bring their own beer or wine. The event will also include a 50-50 raffle and a closing circle.
