Tolowa Dunes State Park

Tolowa Dunes State Park and adjacent Lake Earl Wildlife Area have increasingly incurred damage to dune plants and wetland vegetation as a result of illegal off-road-vehicle use. Now the State Parks Department is planning to open it up completely.
