EPIC’s 30th Anniversary Celebration

EPIC’s 30th Anniversary Celebration

November 10, 2007

Mateel Community Center, Redway, CA — EPIC invites you to celebrate a generation of forest and watershed protection. We are spreading the word with hopes of a major reunion! Please tell any and all EPIC friends—past, present and future. Our 6th annual Sempervirens Award will be given to the original co-founders of EPIC, Marylee Bytheriver and Ruthanne Cecil, and to Robert Sutherland (Woods), who incorporated EPIC. They all helped to shape the course of EPIC’s work in the early years, which led to our precedent-setting litigation and environmental advocacy programs that continue today.

The Volunteer of the Year Award will go to Rick Silva, who has generously shared his computer troubleshooting skills with EPIC. He has also donated his time at many fundraising events.

A slide show of historical photos will be shared. If you have photos to contribute, call us! You might be in time…
