I just got a Dept of Transportation office memo from a friend that states only 2 trees will be removed; 1 @ 6″ and 1 @ 7″.There is no mention of the root systems and that this is a very creative project all Cal Trans employees can be proud of. Sen. Feinstein is for the project and I can get no elected officials on board!!! A sad day for all!
